Membership Agreement & Platform Rules

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CR3W ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of joincr3w.com and all related services (the "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Community Guidelines, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
To use CR3W, you must:
CR3W is a curated network. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any membership application or account at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:
We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"), including project descriptions, messages, profile information, and any other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant CR3W a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, cache, and transmit your content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Platform. This licence ends when you delete your content or account, subject to any operational retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit; (b) your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable law.
CR3W's name, logo, and all platform design elements are the intellectual property of CR3W and may not be used without our prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
CR3W moderates the Platform to protect the integrity and quality of the network. We may, at our discretion and without prior notice where necessary to prevent harm:
Where feasible, we will notify you of enforcement actions and provide an opportunity to appeal by contactinghello@joincr3w.com. Appeal decisions are final.
The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., payment processing via Stripe, scheduling via Cal.com, infrastructure via Supabase). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. CR3W is not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of any third-party services.
Any paid features or mentorship sessions are subject to our Refund Policy. All prices are displayed inclusive in the currency shown at checkout. We use Stripe for payment processing; your payment details are never stored on our servers.
The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CR3W does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or quality of User Content, advice shared by members, or outcomes from connections made on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CR3W and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the total amount paid by you to CR3W in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CR3W and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by using the "Delete My Account" tool in your profile settings, or by contacting us at hello@joincr3w.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and your licence to us ends, subject to our data retention obligations described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for cause, including breach of these Terms. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnification, and dispute resolution) shall survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms with an updated "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales (or the jurisdiction of CR3W's registration), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
