The Signal Protocol

CR3W Community Guidelines & Value Compact

Last Updated: March 2024

CR3W is a private network for builders. Membership is a privilege. By joining and staying, you agree to preserve the collective signal. This is not just a set of rules; it is our OS for collaboration.

1. The Signal

Membership is a privilege. Engage with high-integrity. Contribute lived wisdom. Amplify others' craft. This is not a broadcast channel — it is a resonance chamber for real builders. When you share, ask yourself: Does this move the network forward?

2. Zero Noise

Avoid spamming, irrelevant self-promotion, or low-signal content. We prioritize depth over volume. No generic "hey check my project" posts. Share meaningful updates, blockers, or specific requests for help. Violations lead to gentle warnings, followed by removal if the signal does not improve.

3. Sovereignty

You own your data and craft. We never sell or claim ownership of your projects, ideas, or connections. However, to protect the collective signal, CR3W reserves the right to revoke access (with notice where possible) for repeated violations or threats to the network's integrity.

4. Prohibited Territory

  • No Harassment: We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, discrimination, or targeted harassment.
  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of what is shared within the CR3W internal channels. Do not screenshot or leak private network discussions without explicit consent.
  • Illegal Activity: Any use of the platform for illegal acts will result in immediate termination.

5. Moderation

Moderation is human-first, transparent, and appealable. If you feel a decision was made in error, reach out to us. Our goal is always to protect the Signal, not to punish individuals unnecessarily.

"The signal is the only thing that matters. In a world of noise, we build the exception."
CR3W.

Membership is a privilege. Preserve the signal.
