We will generally aim to resolve issues at the lowest possible level of escalation, but serious violations — including illegal activity, fraud, or threats of harm — may result in immediate and permanent account termination without prior warning.
7. Appeals
If you believe your account has been suspended or content removed in error, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the enforcement action by contacting hello@joincr3w.com with the subject line "Account Appeal." We will review your appeal and respond within 7 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated AUP with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised AUP.
